1. General Terms and Conditions:

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of joinery services by Joinery Masters Sydney Pty Ltd ("Joinery Masters Sydney") to the client ("Client") for the installation of wardrobes, kitchens, and shower screens.

1.2. By engaging Joinery Masters Sydney for the provision of services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Quotations and Pricing:

2.1. Joinery Masters Sydney will provide the Client with a detailed quotation for the requested joinery services, including the scope of work, materials, labor costs, and any additional services required.

2.2. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

2.3. All prices provided by Joinery Masters Sydney are exclusive of applicable taxes, permits, and any additional expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation.

2.4. Joinery Masters Sydney reserves the right to revise the quotation if there are any changes to the scope of work or if additional services are requested by the Client.

3. Deposit and Payment Terms:

3.1. The Client shall pay Joinery Masters Sydney a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quoted price upon acceptance of the quotation. This deposit serves as confirmation of the Client's intention to proceed with the project.

3.2. The remaining balance shall be paid by the Client to Joinery Masters Sydney upon completion of the project and prior to the delivery of the joinery items or services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.3. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.

4. Project Timeline:

4.1. Joinery Masters Sydney will provide the Client with an estimated project timeline, taking into consideration factors such as the complexity of the project, availability of materials, and the current workload.

4.2. The estimated project timeline is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond Joinery Masters Sydney's control. The Client will be notified promptly of any delays or changes to the timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities:

5.1. The Client shall ensure that the installation site is ready and prepared prior to the commencement of joinery services. This includes providing access to the premises, clearing the area, and ensuring the structural integrity of the installation site.

5.2. The Client shall provide accurate and complete information regarding the joinery requirements, including measurements, specifications, and any specific customization requests.

5.3. Any additional costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client will be the responsibility of the Client and may result in changes to the quoted price.

6. Changes and Cancellations:

6.1. Any changes or variations to the scope of work must be communicated to Joinery Masters Sydney in writing. Joinery Masters Sydney reserves the right to adjust the quoted price and project timeline accordingly.

6.2. If the Client wishes to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit amount shall be retained by Joinery Masters Sydney as a cancellation fee, representing lost time and opportunity costs.

7. Warranty and Liability:

7.1. Joinery Masters Sydney warrants that all joinery services and installations will be performed with due care and skill, in accordance with industry standards and practices.

7.2. Joinery Masters Sydney will rectify any defects or issues arising from the joinery services within a reasonable timeframe, provided that such issues are reported by the Client within 14 days of completion of the project.

7.3. Joinery Masters Sydney shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use, misuse, or improper maintenance of the joinery items or installations after completion, unless such damage, loss, or injury is directly caused by Joinery Masters Sydney's negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.

7.4. Joinery Masters Sydney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the joinery services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or damage to property.

8. Intellectual Property:

8.1. Joinery Masters Sydney retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in relation to any designs, drawings, or plans created or provided by Joinery Masters Sydney as part of the joinery services.

8.2. The Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any of Joinery Masters Sydney's intellectual property without obtaining prior written consent.

9. Insurance:

9.1. Joinery Masters Sydney maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect against unforeseen events or accidents that may occur during the provision of joinery services.

10. Dispute Resolution:

10.1. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or the joinery services, both parties shall make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods.

10.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue legal remedies available under the applicable laws and jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law:
